Built in 1925 as the Marchesse building, the Whitker building has been home to Carol Rhoda Art Studio and Ayla's and Co. fine women's apparel for almost 25 years. The Whitker building is located in the center of the prime 300 block of S. Main Street between Liberty and William streets. One half of the entire basement of this building is available.
